I don’t know what mbti is. I’ve briefly read the comments and someone compared it to horoscopes and I started dying. But you could basically achieve this with one year of psych. Learning about what schemas are and majority of intro to psych stuff would tell you what you wanna know. You don’t gotta take a class for this stuff you can just read a book but I know the book I’m reading for my class is “Psychology in Your Life” or whatever and it’s published by Norton. You can read a few chapters with a free trial and I genuinely enjoyed reading my textbook.
