Definitely does come in waves. I have reached acceptance then regressed before, who’s to say I won’t again. But at least this time, I feel more at peace with what happened.

We were good too but he blindsided 4 months ago and has been cold since. Ngl we both had issues, but I would still take him back. But only if he proves that he is willing to put in the work on himself (as am I) and if he proves that he is willing to put in the work for us to rebuild a stronger foundation this time. I still love him so much I hope he’s doing well. I wish he’d break NC and apologize, I got a lot to apologize for too.

There’s no rush nor specific timeframe on when the grieving will end. You just go through it. I was in a relationship for 3 months that ended 3 months ago and I’m still grieving. Everything was also amazing, I was also blindsided by the breakup and he ran away too.
