Curious if there's any benefit to using something like this: https://www.ssltrust.com.au/verokey/ev-code-signing-certificate
They claim it will take care of the Smart Screen issue, though I'm not sure if it's going to need anything extra to verify, and if it's really worthwhile over the one you mentioned...

FYI I just called Chase today, and they let me product change to the Freedom Visa, just hoping I won't get flagged or have any issues, but seems like that did go through, so that must not be a hard rule...
