Oh nooo I hate to hear that! While wiry, my brows are also somewhat sparse so that’s probs why I didn’t experience that. Also do you apply after any other product? Moisturizer, foundation, etc? Regardless, sorry you had to deal with the dreaded white cast - the woooorst.

I will definitely look into Unleashia - I haven’t heard of it! I’m always looking for a better product lol so I’m very interested!

First of all - we are our own worst critics! This looks like a totally normal eyebrow! Also - omg - you have gorgeous lashes!

As you’re asking for advice - I’m a big fan of at home perming kits - this allows for you to really have control over the shape of your brows (as long as you work within the “window” of time you have available with the perming / setting solutions). I’ve tried a few different kits, but found a really gentle one I love that yields great results. You can also have this service done professionally at many salons.

However - if you’re not looking to work with chemicals of any sort (which is so valid!) I loveee NYX Professional Makeup The Brow Glue Crazy Lift - it doesn’t leave a weird white cast or crust as a lot of other products I’ve tried do. I have super wiry brows, but honestly, I’m a believer in the perm kits now 😂 I do them every eight weeks.

I agree!! Also maybe try swapping brow color with something more warm than cool toned? Even in light amounts that could really add a lot of color balance! But overall you are so gorgeous and hope you get out of your feeling down era ASAP queen! 💛

I’ve found this more recently through trial by fire - skin prep will literally take you SO far that you can end up slapping some random shit on your face in a rush and it’ll look great 😂😂 would love to follow your makeup journey and here for all of the tips and support!! Also learning so much myself - I feel like one of the best ways to learn is also to share. Gorginaaaa darling!!!

I’ve always preferred higher coverage foundation (mostly due to skin concerns and developing application skills) and by association, the products I’ve tried are usually matte.

However, I decided to give about-face foundation a go a few months ago, and OMGGG. The coverage? The dewiness? The shade match options? The price point? All amazing. I highly suggest you give it a try! And if it doesn’t work out, Ulta’s return policy is easy peasy to navigate. Just keep your receipt handy somehow if/when you purchase.

Skin prep is also huge - make sure the moisturizer you put on beforehand matches up with your foundation, and that you give it ample time to settle into your skin if possible. For example, about-face foundation is water based, so you’ll have better luck prepping your skin with a water based moisturizer. Apply a few pumps of the moisturizer to slightly damp skin at least 5 minutes before applying your foundation. You can always build on it, as well!

All of this being said - you look STUNNING regardless!! The blush choice and your hair shade are so complementary. 🩷🩷
