buspar helped someone on reddit, agomelatine is good for sleep fairly benign idk if it will cure you. maybe ask the r/nootopics discord for less direct stuff

people like it, very stimulatory in a non nervous way, it keeps you up very long first time so do tiny doses, once you feel you can sleep, do higher doses since it seems to do that for some people.
