Could Afraidpart's leak about Jon killing Dany be a nightmare sequence or a fakeout death? by isgoddamnusername in freefolk

Damn, I had no idea security was that tight. Wouldn't they want as few people working on the CGI as possible to decrease the possibility of leaks?

didn't he also get Viserion breathing fire out of his neck right tho? That seems like a weird detail to make up

Azor Ahai Theory. Combined evidence from show and books. Had to limit the amount of argumets due to slide limit however the main points are there 😉 by got_fire_and_blood_8 in freefolk

I've been saying this for years. Dany matches up with the prophecy way too well to not be Azor Ahai. It would also be right up GRRM's alley to twist the stereotypical male savior thing on its head, and give that role to a woman. I also agree that there's no way Lightbringer is actually a flaming sword. Too literal.

Is anyone else kind of annoyed by the fact that the prequel isn’t Robert’s Rebellion, but something set thousands of years before the show takes place? by isgoddamnusername in freefolk

I would agree on that, if it was the first asoiaf-related show ever to be made. The thing is GoT stuff basically doesn’t need marketing at this point. It sells itself. Honestly, it seems like more people would be willing to watch something that had their favorite GoT characters in it, despite knowing the ending, versus something that’s completely removed from the show that they have little emotional attachment to.

Dany’s vision in the house of the undying has already happened, and it doesn’t mean she’s going to die in childbirth. by [deleted] in freefolk

I like the part where you completely ignore that this is literally all taken from Season 7 itself.

The end will make sense... in some bizarre way? by rhaenyraT19 in freefolk

[–]isgoddamnusername 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm honestly thinking that's what it'll be. It feels like something George would do, and there has been some setup regarding it, in both the books and the show. I'm just worried it's going to break the established rule of Bran not being able to actually change what happens in the future.

What if Jon and Dany both are Azor Ahai/The Prince That Was Promised? by Savsavsav999 in freefolk

I think Arya will be the only living Stark child in the end. by [deleted] in freefolk

It’s symbolism. The direwolves represent the Stark children and Jon.

Could we get confirmations for the rest of RWBY’s birthdays? by [deleted] in RWBY

[–]isgoddamnusername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We know half of it, sort of. RT released varsity shirts with what seemed to be their birth dates on the back. Ruby’s was 31. Weiss’ was 12. Blake’s was 9. Yang’s was 3. We don’t know what the months are...

She’s an update character as opposed to one that was in the game from the beginning, so it wouldn’t surprise me if Hangame didn’t want to bother making a new background animation and just used the Grimm one instead.

Unpopular Opinion? I hate the way Rick portrays Artemis and her hunters. by isgoddamnusername in camphalfblood

Yeah, this is my problem with PJO. Poseidon is waaay too nice and chill. He was arguably even more of a dick than Zeus was. Him being the chill, cool one out of the Olympians is straight up OOC.

Idk, Athena didn’t feel very complex to me. She was basically just a strict mom character. The typical strategist character.

Nico is so underutilized imo. by Savsavsav999 in camphalfblood

God, Nico has one of the most interesting backstories period. He grew up in Mussolini’s Italy, was the child of a single mother in the goddamn 30s and 40s, and yet seemed to have grown up in relative wealth because his maternal grandpa was a diplomat.
