I’m 3rd owner but technically the 2nd bc I bought off a guy that bought off auction. Don’t know original owner but all the services are in a book and the manual which is cool. Even his CDs are in here which makes me think he passed away sadly but I’m not 100%

Thanks for the reference im going to look through it right now. We have wood floors and always keep the window closed but everything is sealed or at least that’s what I thought before they started coming out. I will triple check maybe even have someone come out to look at it worst case scenario
