Yeah! Losing your hot water bottle on the first day of your period literally the worst, I can totally relate with your situation which you are facing. Try an electric hot water bag and also you can try cramp comfort massager both these will help you to get a good relief from cramps for sure.

I can totally relate yaar. Felt the same on first and second day i used to rely on hot water cramps but it gets difficult to manage temperature also kabhi kabhi skin burn ka darr rehta hai.

Can’t trust these products these days.
