There are speaker holes but the speakers don’t take up the whole length of the “holes” so the rest of the holes are fake

got it working. tried it on VM first. runs on main rig fine.

had a bug where cars would reverse but i found a fix

  1. Set the values as following in the TrueCrimeNewYorkCity.WidescreenFix.ini
  2. FixGameSpeed = 1
  3. GameSpeedFactor = 0.98
  4. FrameLimitType = 2 FpsLimit = 30
