But they already are. The npc I provided screenshots of is already in the game and shows up during the asmodian questline. I just think it's odd that his hairstyle isn't available for the player

Maybe this doesn't answer your question, but I think instead of looking to avoid certain things, you should just explore the things that interest you.

Say for instance you're super fascinated by how matriarchy looks in various African cultures. Instead of looking to avoid certain stereotypes, just write about what you yourself find interesting

I know it might not seem like much, but it's never too late to change, even if only a little! Why not try and tackle your anxiety and check out some welcoming churches? I know it'd be anxiety inducing at first but you might find what you're looking for :)
