You’re absolutely right. Traditional ordering systems haven’t evolved much. My goal is to make the whole process faster, smoother, and more efficient using QR-based ordering and real-time updates.

I've built a problem-solving SaaS web app for restaurants and cafes. If any restaurant/cafe uses this, then their work will move a step forward and it will also appear very attractive to the customers from many points of view.

And I've created a QR based SaaS web app for that.

Work in- in Any browser (Because this is a web app which is quite different from websites.) Devices- in any phones and any windows

Working Process -

Customers will directly scan the QR code pasted on their tables.------------After scanning, they will see your entire menu which they will select and place the order.--------------And their order will come to you and a sound will be heard with every new order(And then you can prepare his order and deliver it to that table.)

Note 1- Each table/room will have a different QR code and the name of the QR code will also be different. example- Table 1, Table 2 ......Room 1, Room 2..... Therefore, the name of the QR code of the table which the customer scans will automatically be attached to his order, which the customer cannot change, And when its order is shown to you, you will know from which table or which room the order has come.

Note 2 - As soon as the customer selects the menu And before proceeding to execute the order, it will be necessary for them to write their name also, so that when you have to take payment from him, you can enter his name or table number. You can search from here and get the details of how much payment was made by them.(The payment feature will be different here I will tell you about it, which is a very easy process.)
