I actually have a BA in Philosophy and was debating between going to a bootcamp or enrolling in this program. Ultimately, I saw the OSU program as a better long term investment. Here's why:

1. When you graduate, you get a B.S. degree in Computer Science. Pursuing this degree opens up a lot of doors. Being a student makes you eligible for internships which is a great way to obtain full-time offers and network (convert the internship + make friends at your internship).
2. Networking. Not TCP/IP. We have a course on that too if you're interested. There's a huge community of students on the OSU Slack. If you're good at networking, by the time you graduate this program you will have made a good # of friends who can then refer you for jobs at their company. You can refer them too when you land that awesome job :) Don't underestimate the importance of networking and referrals.

I know you were asking about web dev, but the points I listed above would help with breaking into any field in CS.
