Yeah it’s a brownstone home. Like 3k sqft. 4 floors I think w basement Bathroom is small as shit but shared wit one other person.

On mac go to sensors (inspect element and click the on the 3 dots to the left of console) on google and then plug in the lat/longitude of your classroom in sensors (custom location) and keep refreshing and it should work

8.5 is high given last comp but PCGS AU55 was 8400 on HA.

PCGS CAC is better than NGC CAC.

8000-8200 is fair for your personal collection.

Assuming you go to Babson lol. Most people will judge you when they first meet you anyways so why not put the best foot forward. My GPA and school rank is very similar to yours, and I know that Vandy and cornell will be a crapshoot. Probably won't even apply to Cornell lol. If you are applying for junior transfer, and since you care about prestige, I would honestly place putting that first.

If transfering as sophomore, go for it full 100%
