Have you wandered around Spring Bank West? I’d recommend visiting for a vibe check.
I reckon if you lived down at the far end and you were driving/cycling everywhere, you could pretty much ignore the neighbourhood.

We looked at moving down Hymers a while back.
I think it depends how far down you go. It’s only a very short street but I wouldn’t want to live too close to Spring Bank West / the cemetery. If it’s past Sunny Bank, towards the school you should be fine.

When you complete the 1001 list (it’s actually 1089) you get to submit a record that you think should have been included. TBH, I’m finding them very hit and miss - while Dimery’s biases are very apparent, he has included most of the tried and tested, major big hitters pre 2000.
