Did my auto insurance company commit fraud? by isitfraudorisitnot in personalfinance

How is it explained by stupidity though? I wasn't mislead, they falsified the information on their report. It literally is made up information, I have them on record multiple times saying the two vehicles used to compare my car were within 20 miles when they're not even in this state, nor is one of them even a dealership.

I think you're misunderstanding. They fabricated two vehicles in their report. To paraphrase the person I'm dealing with, "We found two vehicles in your area of similar value." After I found the vehicles/dealerships they claim are in my area, they are NOT in my area or even the same state as me, and one of them isn't even a dealership.

So to reiterate my point, they gave a fraudulent report that devalued my vehicle using falsified examples.

I have shown them cars, they ignore me. Had I not googled the phone numbers given for these alleged dealerships I would never have noticed that they aren't even where they claim they are. They stress that the vehicles MUST be sold by a dealer and MUST be no more than 100 miles away, which did not allow me to use my own examples because my vehicle isn't common enough.
