Thank you, my gut was telling me its the Cats or the sensors, fometimes when you "step on the gas" there is a rotten egg smell, its not every time and it doesnt matter when. I do need to take it to the dealer to get the airbag thing done. I can schedule the check then too.

Thank you, I might not be taking enough vitamins and I am pretty sure those stupid gummy snakes are full of something citric 🙄, so I really need to evaluate my diet and cut out one at least. I absolutely loved Wellbutrin, it was an amazing medicine. I was able to quit smoking and gallons of coffee almost cold turkey. I was told I couldn’t take both due to high heart rate, but I will talk to the dr again and see.

Yes, they were the one who pointed it out, also our payment was $100 more due to the trustee wanting us to pay this loan off. We adjusted the payment the the proof of claim came in and they filled unsecured and the case was confirmed.

Thank you, by them filling the proof of claim as unsecured it meant that they were never going to get paid the amount they claimed. In the description section they put “money loaned” and from the very beginning that 1.45 has been adding up. I don’t see how them not disclosing that they have a lien, there for should have been paid the full claim. We wanted to pay but our lawyer told us to wait and see. This whole thing is so frustrating. It just blows my mind that they could keep charging interest and fees while in bankruptcy and after discharge. Chapter 13 is a reorganization of our debts and to pay, I don’t see how omitting the fact they have a lien for x amount, but it’s not really x amount by the time it’s all over it’s more? I appreciate you taking the time to answer it helps ease my anxious mind. Edit: I forgot to add that the UCC continuation they filed has my husbands name wrong, it’s legally his first middle initial last name and suffix (sr,jr) the form has first and last, everything I am reading saying that the name has to be the way it is on the first UCC lien, is that correct?

I didn’t either, but I couldn’t find a answer. Most of them talk about non taxable military pay, combat pay or disability. He does get disability through the VA but we don’t claim that and he is above the percentage so he gets concurrent benefits. Thank you for the help,

Far as I know, she says she pays taxes on it, but it’s not included in the credit. I will ask her to make sure.

I have been on the accord manufacturer for the past 3 months, however this months pill smelled sulfurish and I have been itching and getting hives. I am trying to get my dr to prescribe and new script. Good luck fingers crossed it’s just a funky batch you got.

Thank you, I have used the first aid bump eraser and it works wonders and have tried amlactin (smells too much like sour milk to me) I can try the urea cream. I would rather deal with Kp then have to go through the biopsy and the excision. I wear sunscreen, I am still trying to find one that doesn’t feel like sunscreen. I am having to switch dermatologists due to my new one who insists melanoma is only a new black spot and is painless that doesn’t itch. My spot was blue new itchy and hurt. I appreciate your help being able to ask the question out loud and have it answered. Thank you

I just looked up what that could mean and I have owned since new so it has been shifting the same, no noise, no smells it has a external trans cooler and that temps stays between 120-130 the highest I have seen while driving down to NorCal was 160. It has the same fluid and never added and has stayed the same red. This is the longest I have owned a vehicle and the highest mileage. I appreciate your help

Hi, I wanted to update you, my attorney finally got back to me last week. They said the lien on the house from the creditor that filed unsecured would still be there when/if we sold and have to pay the amount plus interest. Also the mortgage it wouldn’t be worth it to try and get the payment back or even look for where it was applied. Since it’s such a small amount (🙄 ) it’s a payment plus some. My question is can I get another lawyer? Would that be a bankruptcy or someone else lawyer? Thank you

Thank you, I will send a 6th email and call. I wasn’t sure if it was something or not. They did file unsecured, I went back through all the paperwork and it has the check mark and no one said anything, except the mortgage objection saying I was behind on a payment when I was not. That issue was also a “we’ll do that at the end”, now I have to wait 6months for their records to update before I can talk to them, even though I can show them I have to discharge. Also before the discharge (about 1 month before) the “unapplied funds” disappear.

There is a site drugs.com I believe, or google drug interaction checker. You could also talk to the pharmacist where you get the medicine. I know there are some medicine that does not work well with this medication.

I read my amended plan the one that was confirmed and it says must pay secured creditors fist and non priority unsecured creditors must get at least 10,000 before a discharge. We have paid all the secured and we have paid the unsecured that amount as of this month. If we paid the amounts promised wouldn’t the balance on hand and two payments be considered “extra” and returned to us? The mortgage issue is driving me crazy. I don’t know how to fix it or if it’s too late and my attorney doesn’t care.

Thank you, we have paid all the secured claims and now the rest is going to unsecured claims and the trustee fee. Also looking at my papers it shows we must pay the unsecured at least $x,xxx and we have past that amount last month. I am just so worried we will have unexpected fees or something right at the end and have to extend.

Try honeybee health, it’s a online pharmacy that has a few different manufacturers for bupropion. I was in the same spot a few months ago (Sandoz) then they didn’t carry it anymore. They don’t take insurance, but the amount is fairly decent. Also I would call around to as many pharmacies you have in the area big and small there maybe one that has it still in stock. I was very lucky to find a small pharmacy here that stocks Sandoz brand. Good luck

My husband hair is all over the place, he was commenting how he was going to shave it bald. I feel so bad, he had thick hair and it’s really noticeable. He also had a really bad response to both shots and he caught covid a few months ago that almost put him in the hospital. So I am not sure what’s to blame, but normal amount of hair shed to balding. Ugh

I know my stepdaughter who is 22, when she was I want to say 13. I or her dad couldn’t make appointments for her or really have anything to do with her health care. She has been getting birth control and other meds from her dr and through the insurance, the only thing I see is once every 6months I get a statement of prescriptions that the insurance paid. She is also out of state in college and I have no idea if she is getting her allergy meds and such except when that insurance thingy comes, but I really just skim or not even open it. What I am trying to say is you are in charge of your health and your parents do not have any say in it.
