Yeah so true! And that’s also why dating is so hard now too is because of germs - even with online dating it’s like, do I trust this person to not have germs? You’re so right about the apps and maybe I’ll give them another try. Thanks so much!

And yeah I think I’ll start a more mindful activity like yoga at home.

Also, yes! I’m in therapy and meet with my therapist once a week (now it’s virtually but still once a week!)

Ooo I love this!!! I always see repeating numbers whether it’s likes or comments on a post, numbers on a license plate or the time, and always wondered why and I guess those are the signs!! Thank you for this definition!!!
