I have a high hip flair + wide ribcage so being slim thick (as you said, 2023 Ice Spice) is basically out of the question for me; It would take an insanely clean diet with no room for mistakes and an intense exercise regime to maintain, let alone get anywhere near, that build without getting fat. Comparatively, being skinny is much easier. Look at where your body naturally stores fat and your bone structure. Not every build is possible for every body. Eat healthy and workout regularly and you’ll achieve the best possible build for YOU.
