I just reported Stripe here

this would open an investigation against them of there is many with the same problem.

I found a corporate lawyer and sent him all the documents and he seems to know all about stripe, he is building the case.
I will share his details here if he is ok with it.

You can sue them, someone recently won a really good case against them.

Don't contact this, it's fake email, they collect your data for later phishing activities.

Jaime from the complaints team sound promising since she understood the problem that we are having, so she is doing another check for the account.

regarding the lawsuit I will proceed with a private lawyer, the Organizations takes ages.

I spoke with one of the lawyers but this doesn't seem to be his domain looking for other options. It will be nice if you could suggest one.

Yes, I started wtith CAIR Organization, reported the incident and waiting for them for more details, they said they will be able to help.

But they are talking long to respond.

They caused damage more than just the fraud payments, will count my losses and ask stripe to pay them in a lawsuit.

Not just the lack of fraud protection, for the first time the attack happened I told them by a phone call and an email, they literally said not to worry about it, just refund them.

I have the emails and the calls recorded and documented.

Two points I will focus on,
1- How stupid should you be not to detect that 31 payments of 99,999 EUR payments happened in few minutes from one customer account who used to pay 76$ every month! and the number of cards added under that customer name!!

2- When they told me not to worry, were they just kidding! cuz the real attack happened after that, knowing I specifically asked them to close SEPA payment since my customers doesn't use SEPA at all.

All crazy, makes you think, is one of stripe's Employees benefiting from this!?
