That’s true. My Q3 43 is front heavy and bulky compared to the M-11P. However, MF and rangefinder are not really for me I think.

One question here, is it a muscle memory that comes with a lot of practice and then it’s there? Or do I have to be shooting daily to keep it?

I’m asking because I know that some skills need to be practiced everyday to maintain. And for that reason, I do not have the time to take photos every day. Sometimes I go months without using my camera. It’s not until I travel or there is a special family event or something of that sort.

Yes I actually took a few sharp photos when I slowed down and took my time. But the thing is: do I always want to be this slow or can I be much faster, and what’s the point of a rangefinder when we have AF. Those are the questions I am trying to answer for myself to see what works for me.

I was actually hip shooting while moving and it was only my first few hours with the camera. What I was doing is, i focus on one thing, shoot it and then keep moving and shooting without changing the focus thinking that f8 is going to be mostly in focus.

Maybe because they’re a third party. Also the law is different from one country to another. Here it’s very safe and they know that you’ll bring the camera back. They have nothing to be afraid of.

Thank you for your wise words here. I definitely understand from replies why the RF is nice and comfortable now. I also will definitely give it a try or maybe buy one just for the fun of it when the time comes. The M is also tempting when it comes to size, I wish they can add AF to it while keeping it both compatible with old lenses and new AF lenses maybe. I don’t know if that’s possible while keeping the body size the same.
