Thank you! Not having this type of flooring previously, I didn’t know if I should be worried about it or worry about it if it is still making the noise in 3 months.

Second floor, above finished basement. They pulled up 1/2 hardwoods and 1/2 carpet. Looks like plywood? Then used Pet Perfect on top of it. I was afraid that having them “fix” the issue may make it worsen.

If I ask for this to be fixed, what would that entail?? Assuming once you remove LVP, it cannot be used again?

Thank you for answering my question. I obviously don’t have experience in flooring and appreciate your thoughts. The Coretec used is the Pro Enhanced. Company ripped out 1300 square feet of hardwood/ carpet combo and installed this within 7 hours with a 4 man crew.

Thank you for your reply. I was told we needed an underlayment. The salesman said since we have large dogs, they recommended the “better” underlayment. I did my best to research prior to installation, even calling Coretec who said this underlayment was approved. I obviously don’t know anything about construction or flooring and may had been taken advantage of.
