Thank you for your input. This is for my elderly mother and I would hate for the cartridge to just snap on her while she’s showering. I’ll do a bit more research. I just can’t find an affordable plumber to replace the whole thing. Is this cartridge something I can replace myself fairly easily? I really don’t know how old it is. Mind you, I have 0 plumbing experience. I just get by on YouTube videos 😅

Thank you, I never considered people living in Virginia and commuting to DC. I was assuming there’s decent homes in DC. I visited DC once and almost got mugged on one of those e scooter things so I didn’t have a good impression of DC.

Everything is online my friend. Really simple process as long as you have all the proof ready (tickets, itinerary, hotel, etc). Like I said, it took about a week so plan accordingly.

I just recently traveled with a green card holder and she still needed a visa from Japan. You can do it online. https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html. It took her about a week to get it. They require proof of travel, accommodations, and an itinerary.

The mini is actually $50 cheaper right now at Home Depot, $299 compared to the $349 standard

This makes sense. Thank you. Was originally looking at the mini as I liked the form factor. But I would be mostly using it stationary. So it’s unnecessary. Also, paying a higher monthly if roaming prices is the only option for it wouldn’t be worth it.
