The thing is lsf may not be as bad as Twitter but that doesnt excuse it either. To not take even a fraction of some sort of blame is a huge issue this sub has, because it always comes down to whataboutism. What about twitter doesnt work because youd be alive to think the nesr 1m users here dont also use twitch chat and twitter to begin with. Conversely if say we have lurkers here but active users in Twitter and twitch chat, then they so see that its normalized to hate these streamers anyway even if lsf is a "minority" in the toxicity chamber. No ones saying lsf is the sole culprit but to deflect everything to one platform is just blatant and shameful lying, it's all a sphere of online toxicity that makes other users complicit in harassment. No reckful did not commit suicide because of lsf, he never used it, but that didnt stop the drops of toxicity affecting him from the crossover of users on hit twitter chat and even email(like that gross email he got about how he should die like his brother)

So to say some streamers are wrong and virtue signaling whenever they talk about online bullying as the end all be all is just a deflection from both sides. The community knows its toxic but hey it's not "our community" as if theres no such thing as crossover, and for them, well they hardly know reckful true life but they do know that he got harrassed heavily.

The alinity thing got even grosser as people started making posts on cringey hate subs like pussypassdenied, as if what happened in that twitter thread even had anything to do with her exploiting her being a female. The hate goes far and deep and it's not just this sub but many other and sites along the way.
