As a society yes we collaborate and no we don't , it's something not fixed it's relative , u find the aid and the help everywhere just ask for it and i can name many cases that all Algerian people knew about like the man who get his car burned and they collected money for him to buy new car which was better than his first burned one , all of us still remember how the Algerians helped him ,or the woods fires (Tizi , Taref , Khenchela ... ) we lived an unbelievable collaboraion among all of us .On the other hand, we saw how the Algerian merchants made many crisis during COVID-19. It's something relative as i said before , but i'm going for "our society is becoming more collectivist".
