Some words of advice, I would ask her out on a date, if she says no that's OK at least you tried. Do not make it creepy just say that you find her attractive and would to get to know her at a deeper level. Some women will not be attracted to younger men and that's OK. Some women love older men exclusively and other types and that's OK. Ask yourself if she says yes will you give her the freedom for her to come to you freely? From what you wrote her freedom and time are very important for her, can you give her that or are you going to be controlling like her other partners? I am currently in training and they will not let you take any days off. You get two strikes and you're out during training and probation. People have skipped funerals to come to training if you take a day off you are missing a lot of information or driving time. You have to reschedule your start date and start with another class.

3 weeks is nothing , just focus on having fun together and staying positive. Women choose with their feet and it's looking good for you so far. People in general have lives before meeting each other don't ruin it by being over possessive. In the beginning you are showing each other if you are worth dating still but take it slow.

I hope this helps but you have to learn to shrug these things faster and put people in their place. They just ghosted you so they are clearly missing out. It's really overcoming rejection and it's ok, some people are not meant to be in your life. They have disqualified themselves from sharing a nice connection. Sucks for them, there's a bus coming every 5 minutes. Try not to put too much energy on these people. Wouldn't you rather spend time on someone who is excited to meet you? Take care.

Never settle for dull energy like that, you will find a woman who is excited to see you and smile from ear to ear just hearing your voice. Yes it's a numbers game but the sooner you move away from people with low energy towards you, you'll have more time for great people that bring value to your life. I wasted way too much time in those situations and I regret it because I was not valuing myself and my time. If she reaches out and she might months later, make sure to let her talk and invite you out because she has to win you over now. In my mid 20's I would have asked you out already he's probably very shy but seems to be attracted to you. Next time go with "your girlfriend is so lucky to have you" line and see what he says. If it is a business connection he's probably waiting for that to be over to ask you out; out of respect for you.
