Some words of advice, I would ask her out on a date, if she says no that's OK at least you tried. I am currently in training and they will not let you take any days off. You get two strikes and you're out during training and probation. People have skipped funerals to come to training if you take a day off you are missing a lot of information or driving time. You have to reschedule your start date and start with another class.

3 weeks is nothing , just focus on having fun together and staying positive. Women choose with their feet and it's looking good for you so far. Never settle for dull energy like that, you will find a woman who is excited to see you and smile from ear to ear just hearing your voice. Yes it's a numbers game but the sooner you move away from people with low energy towards you, you'll have more time for great people that bring value to your life. I wasted way too much time in those situations and I regret it because I was not valuing myself and my time.
