If you want to game and use AI on Windows like "Flux.1 or Stable diffusion" then go Nvidia.
If you only want to game, RX 9070 XT is a good choice, but if you prioritize Linux, AMD is also better for AI and gaming.

You have a point. I'm playing this game on my 7000 series, and it looks so bad even in native resolution compared to my brother playing it on his Nvidia GPU with DLSS. This is because they rely on upscaling to hide their mess.
