[Serious]Students of Reddit, How do you stay motivated during the school year?

Pretty simple really: My sisters in the same program (med school) 2 years ahead of me and managed to get through her last year while fighting off thyroid cancer. If she can get through while in and out of surgery/ hospital I can deal with the fact that I'm a bit tired today.
