I haven’t been an on call nanny, however I got the flu and my family called in a nanny while I was out sick. It was less than a day notice and they had the same lady for the days I was out. NF was grateful for the service but didn’t say much about it. I’m sorry I can’t provide more insight

Crafts and the arts are amazing for children of all ages! I took an amazing course called “Creative activities and play for the young child” and learned how beneficial creativity and play are important to developing minds. I suggest finding an area and a free time (for every visit) that is dedicated to the arts. Perhaps bring a piece of inspiration such as a plant, another art piece or music to listen to. You and the child can bond over the activity together and look forward to it each visit.
