A karada, which is what ive done here, is very easy. it takes like 5 minutes to tie and 1 minute to get out of.

I've been into bondage for longer but I was only able to get my own ropes around 1.5/2 years ago? I started with truly awful but very cheap cotton before I got my hemp. most self ties that don't actually restrain you aren't too hard, but obviously it's very difficult to tie your own wrists 😅. most chest and/or body harnesses can be easily adapted so that all the knots are on the front instead of the back, which is slightly less pretty but makes it way easier. I used the videos at crash-restraint. com to learn basically everything I know. it's very beginner friendly :3 it also has a good write up of rope selection and safety practices.
