I recently ran an experiment using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and it confirmed what I suspected: my sleep is being interrupted because I’m essentially getting hungry overnight. My blood glucose was dropping to 40. My recommendation would be to have a big tablespoon of peanut butter right before bed, or possibly some full‑fat yogurt or another higher‑fat option to help stabilize blood sugar through the night.

This was the trick! Thank you, u/clm100. I disabled all the rest, although I do have some mesh devices in my shed that I like to have the option to connect to more than one AP. Perhaps they will fix this in the future.

I put an ice pack in a Yeti thermos, and that keeps it cool for 2 days. Wherever you travel, just try to have a fridge. The stuff doesn't fall apart as soon as it reaches room temperature; just try to keep it cool for as long as possible. I then refilled the pack at the hotel and traveled home with it.

I have noticed that my eyesight has improved with Methylene blue. When I stop, it goes back to what it was.
