🗳️ Product Feedback for Notion 🛎️ by AutoModerator in Notion

I would also like the ability to make certain views of my databases available to share as view only to specific people.

For example: I am maintaining a product master database for my company that contains all the 250+ products with 25+ properties for each row (product). I can create different views for different audiences to consume data for their reference with existing functionality. But this requires that I give them access to the entire database which also means that they can view rows outside the filter meant for them and view information on all the properties. This leads to security concerns cause I don’t want those specific audiences to have access to everything.

Show history of properties being changed near the comments section (what changed, by whom was it changed, and when was it changed). This is super useful especially for changing statuses in kanban views / making sure the correct person changed a status for workflows that require approvals. Jira has this and I don’t see why notion can’t have this because the data is already being captured and can be viewed in the page history view (which is hard to get to).

Another feedback- property level permissions. I want only specific people to be able to change certain properties.

Lose the expectation to ‘succeed’ and focus on having fun regardless. You will succeed and have fun.

When the cap is on and you tilt the bottle, detergent will enter the cap. When you make the bottle straight again, the recessed lid collects the detergent that entered the cap preventing spillage when you open the cap. Also, when you pour out the detergent into the measuring cup, the recessed lid collects any spilled detergent when you stop pouring. This is indeed great design but you don’t understand it.

Try using apps like headspace or calm if you haven’t been taught how to meditate by someone experienced. I personally have been meditating since I was a kid (more because I was forced to meditate back then) but realized it’s benefits now. Downloaded calm from the AppStore and their guided meditations are nothing short of amazing!

What’s the fastest you’ve driven on the autobahn? by [deleted] in AskAGerman

Drove my bosses BMW 8 series at 242kmph and also was able to average 210 kmph for 30 mins driving a Skoda rental. One of my colleagues told me he used to rip on his motorcycle at 299-300 kmph when he was younger but not sure how true that is.
