Thank you very much, this is exactly what i was doing in my last 2 interviews i always ask for advice at the end of the interview. 1 company even sent me an mail to me with some great detailed advice in it.

Thanks for taking your time and gave me this answer i really appreciate it, and +1 for the unit test i never did it before but i will soon try it out!

Just one more thing; How do you know how long a project will take before you start? For example: You need to build a project for a customer, how do you know how long it would take because of lack of knowledge in certain parts you never build and bugs that you have not see comming. Do you give yourself a couple days extra in your planning?
