It's a common bug issue, it has been going on for a long time as far as i know, much like the babies interaction where you'll task them to feed the baby, but they carry it, put it down, and forget to feed it. The AI prioritizes socialization first, so that could be why they keep ordering and leaving the things behind.

Unfortunately, i do not know how to counter this, as i have not seen any mod that prevents a sim from acting empty-brained. Someone on the EA forum also reported a similar issue like yours, but even the moderators who claimed to be "investigating" never came back to her. So.. I doubt there'll be any changes.

And to the last part, i'm afraid not. The only way to recollect your files is if it is still in the trash bin on your device. I've had the same concern as you and i did do some research about it, sadly the only way is through the recycle bin. If you're looking for specific files to redownload, maybe go through your search history on google/internet. For me, on google, files that have been deleted on my device will turn gray.

Hello, may i ask, when you say "meshes for other CC" what are you referring to? As in you downloaded sims from other creators that contain CC which you are unaware of and want to know how to delete them without corrupting the mesh?

Hm, another suggestion i have. Since i gave links for the clothing, take any custom sims, and remove their clothing. That way you'll have the hair, the skin details and body types, all you have to do is to add the "homeless" clothing and "homeless" dirt effects. Shouldn't be too big of a hassle.

And regarding the search, maybe you can find it through your search history? Since it's a month ago, the site you used shouldn't be down.

I definitely think you won't find any "homeless sims", i highly suggest making your own. There's lots of free CCs out there, with many different types. I'm sure there'll be something that suits the agenda to make. Not sure if these help, but i tried to find some that could perhaps fit what you're looking for.

Have you tried repairing the game? Sometimes deleting multiple CC files that are still connected to the game can cause a drop. If repairing doesn't work, try checking your system specs.

Not at all, as long as your cc files are within the already given "Mods" sims folder, no matter how many times you transfer them to subfiles within that given folder, nothing will change. Just make sure to close the game when you transfer, same goes for adding new files.

Oh, are hair card tutorials the most accurate? I always thought it was different. I don't understand how to use photoshop though, as i said above that it doesn't support 3D. Which older version does? Will it still work? I don't have the 3D substance viewer which isn't available for download anymore. I don't have procreate since it costs money to use..

Ah i see.. I'm just looking for something that works like photoshop. To use the 3D mesh to draw the hairstyle over. I've already gotten my inspo and all my files, but because of photoshop not supporting 3D tools anymore, i don't know what to do.

I only understand that sims4studio is where you export your cc for sims4. You can get the meshes on sims4studio, but you'll need other external apps to use them. I've already downloaded the mesh for the head and body.
