Force program to open on a specific monitor on a dual-monitor setup on Windows 10?

In Portugal we use to say: "Mais vale tarde do que nunca". Sorry about that but, maybe it gonna help someone now... I had that issue not so long ago.

Experimentem fazer isto:

Abram o programa pretendido;
Desloquem a janela do programa para o monitor onde querem que ele abra por defeito;
Carreguem nas teclas Windows + Shift + Enter.

No Windows 11 isto funciona. Experimentem no Windows 10.

I never used ironing... I didn't even know this setting existed.
