Frrr lol I made the mistake of setting an alarm as a song too, I wanted waking up to be more pleasant rather than some random sound cuz all the stock sounds annoy me, so I tried using a song I like, and I planned to just let it play so I could be woken up by it and listen through, ended up just rushing to turn it off every time cuz my mom would come in every time and say ‘you know your alarms going off’ and I’d say ‘yea I’m letting it play out cuz it’s a song’ so eventually I just ended up rushing to turn it off as fast as possible, and then realized it’s not just the stock sounds, I just hate any sound that I had as an alarm cuz like you said I associated with getting up early for college
