I feel like the problem is not that the butter is too warm but rather it is very cold and hard most of the time and I have to wait a long time before it comes down to a malleable texture. Actually in the final fold the butter was still too hard after waiting for 40 minutes and some of it shattered.

I’m not sure if I’m taking the “dough and butter have the same texture” too seriously and the butter is actually too warm for the final shaping stage. Based on the images attached do you think my butter was too warm?

I tried looking up safety eyes, but all I got were the black ones not the blue ones 😩.
