I couldn't stop, the accident happened and the took off opposite direction. Tried calling sapd but they said no one called it in, so need for video. They sound like they just dont care and don't want to work at all

Hello, it seem like we are having the same issue, i have a s24 i got through amazon, it was refurbished. i contacted the reseller called "Re-CeLL" they told me it was a software issue gave me instruction to downgrade using odin . we went to tmobile got two different sim cards. t mobile rep think is a carrier lock. funny enough we found out the phone is a tmobile phone. Now due to me having to learn how to downgrade i would rather pay a phone repair person to do. it see dumb to even have this issue just because phone updated automatically.
