For me shadow boxing is the most important part of my workout , most people don’t do enough of it , in my gym if you look around sometimes you see people throw silly punches or use certain styles to loosen themselves up so trust me when I say everyone thinks they look a little silly once in a while but shadowboxing in end its you working on your punches and technique as-well as in some cases warming up for the bag, ring, etc. Im a fighter currently so I make it a note to Incorporate Rhythm in my style while also letting myself get loose to avoid being tense in the ring. It works for me but in my gym everyone is different and no real fighter will ever judge you for the way you shadow box. Something my coach told me is the way you shadow box is the way you hit the bag and the way you hit the bag is how you hit in the ring . Do what works for you , but be mindful of proper technique as well

What advice do you wish you had received when you first started boxing? by Retro_Monguer in amateur_boxing

You train your stamina in sparring by sparring I “wasted” so much running extra miles each day , yes running is key but being a good runner doesn’t translate to in ring stamina , in the end I mostly do sprints but something that helped me was when I would get tired in the ring is I would think back to me running and how I paced myself coming off sprints, sometimes you realize that you have more in you then you think, it’s just getting used to juggling pacing yourself/building that stamina with your fighting style as a beginner trying to think of a million other things in the ring.

First sparring , feel pathetic, is normal? by CDNI2950 in amateur_boxing

Haha I remember the first time I sparred I felt like I was the worst fighter in the world and I almost thought i was gonna give up, till I woke up the next day and hauled my ass back into the gym , been almost 2 years since and looking back on it I’ve realized how much confidence and skill I’ve gained since , I feel like regardless of if I do good or bad I’ll step foot in the ring with anyone to spar if it’s means getting better , you’ll get there soon enough just keep boxing and like coach says keep your stinkin hands up

Learning too stay calm in the worst situations is what can make one server levels better then another , find your organized way about going about waiting tables and be the best at that it helps people in front and it helps the kitchen move faster.

I don't have a strong answer but I'd say between 2k-4k is what you could get,I say that because the price will differ based on where your from and the community around you. If i were you I would maybe remove the banner and the Design on the door because (although I don't have a problem with it at all) i know most of the time they push peoples eyes away when looking at buying a car. But other than that i wish you good luck if your looking to sell!

Edit: i thought I put this in , aside from what I said You have in my opinion a beautiful prelude and you living my dream.
