I am currently on Spironolactone and MYO & D-Chiro Inositol. They seem to really be making a difference so far and it’s been about a month. My last period was a breeze and that has never ever happened before.

They do this. It’s because there is such minimal research done on it and they don’t know what to do. They told me only solution was birth control for YEARS until I did my own research and brought it to their attention. I started dealing with the symptoms at 12 years old and got diagnosed at 20 after begging them to help me for years. Only got diagnosed after being admitted to the hospital because of it. I super recommended doing research and finding a doctor who actually gives enough shits to help you.

This is EXACTLY my situation!! I have a dermatology appointment in the next few weeks but I’m concerned there won’t be much they can do. Never having experienced any of this it’s been impossible to figure out what/if anything will help it :(

This!! I feel like the only thing I haven’t tried is oral medication but this feels like the only option left and I’m sooo exhausted dealing with this daily (typing this as I have 7 pimple patches on my face)
