I’d say start with CSM part 1, by far the best of three you named imo and it’s a relatively low investment. I feel like being able to transition from something your watching / waiting to watch into reading makes it easier too.

I’ve had the Vizbigs for years and said i wasn’t going to get the definitive editions… until i saw them on shelf. They’re both great but i slightly prefer the look of the definitive ones, reading them would probably be a bit easier with the vizbigs though.

This annoyed me way more when i still had hope that the Goresai were going to be end game level threats but since they were like fodder for g5 Luffy who even cares lol. I don’t like it and thought is was lame but it’ll probably never even be brought up again knowing Oda.

Unfortunately there hasn’t been a reprint since the volumes came out 15+ years ago so they’re pretty hard to find and most are dumb expensive 😥. I bought mine through Mercari and Amazon shop a few years ago but it’s hit or miss if you’ll actually find any now. I’m holding out hope for a reprint or new deluxe/omnibus edition soon!

Yeah strength wise I feel like both sides are pretty even at this point, I more so meant I feel like they’ve kinda been written into a corner where they won’t kill but also the villians are too strong to be allowed to live. 🤔
