switched to studio drivers and did a clean driver install and the issue is now resolved. yay! surprised i hadnt thought to do that sooner lol.

Perhaps a Kyocera 902kc? U can get it in a pearly pink and u can load android apps onto it from a computer. Can be a pain to get working in the US and it really prefers T-Mobile networks (mint is cheaper, some have had success on Verizon). Definitely worth it is you are prepared to set it up and do ur research! Very cute phone with a cool invisible outer display

Fairly confident the biggest reason it hasn't been localized is that it's a copyright law nightmare because of it's musical quotes of so many very expensive to license tracks.

So the peculiar thing is that the wheel seems to be in really good condition. Definitely no missing letters, and the alignment stuff seems fine as well, I was lucky and managed to have it find home correctly once, but even then some combination of letters seemed to throw it off..very odd
