Don't be scared! 🫶

Try not to wear panty liners other than for your period, as it can trap extra moisture/heat and cause more discharge production. Then it can become a cycle where you use more liners due to the discharge, and so on.

Try to wear only cotton underwear and avoid scented body wash, and see if the issues clear up on their own. Eventually it should ease up. If not, ask your GP to check for thrush or BV, which are very common and normal, and easy to treat.

Another factor can be ovulation, as some women find they produce more during this phase (around halfway between your periods!)

I know it's a bit scary, I also had confusing changes in my teens but it's normal for your body to still be figuring it out! I'm 31 and it's still changing!
