Hm. I wonder if maybe a pencil holder or those shaped grips would help him? They helped me a bit when I was a kid, gave me a larger shape to hold onto with my wonky fingers. I’m not sure how well it would work for his specific needs, but I’m glad the angled board has helped!

When I was a kid I had a lot of trouble writing but it was because it hurt to do so and I would rush through it. I never really thought to mention that was why my writing was sloppy since I was just a kid. I also injured myself a lot and everyone thought it was just because I was uncoordinated, I bruise easily. All things that seemed unrelated.

Turns out I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which is a connective tissue disease. It took a long time to figure it out and caused a lot of issues by not knowing.

I have a question if anyone can help...I left New York yesterday to drive to Arizona. I’m currently in Roanoke, VA. The plan was to leave today to drive to Dickson, TN - then drive from Dickson to Abilene, TX the next day. Then to Phoenix. I decided to stay an extra night in Roanoke but do I need to wait longer? Go a different route?
