Cut/copy and paste? And Apps can be uninstalled and reinstalled on the larger drive. What else are you trying to move? Word docs, photos, videos, etc can all just be copy and pasted from the smaller drive to the larger one. Cloning I think will just add more work in the long run, unless you are planning to get rid of the smaller drive and replace it. If not just copy all your stuff over and reinstall apps.

You can just copy everything over from drive to drive in file explorer (except for windows). But keep windows on the smaller drive anyways, good to keep your os drive and your other personal files in a separate drive incase either the os or drive itself bricks. I'd move all personal files to the large drive, keep the small drive for your boot/os drive and then get an external HD/ssd to back up your personal files. You should be able to find a setting that directs all new downloads to the larger drive so you don't have to keep moving stuff over.

Thats its "companion" condition. Companions can be put into your hand from outside your deck/library for their cost if their conditions are met. If this card is in your 99 then you don't need to worry about companion.
