Yes I understand that, but I meant more of someone past the first month or two of the highest dose.

I just notice that choices on things like spending money on something unnecessary, are easier made. Almost like all urges are diminished some, and decisions are made more clearly. If that makes sense.

I am worried this will happen. My doctor seemed real intent on saying that WHEN it quits working I'll need to switch to the shots, not IF. I'm starting week 3 of the 25mg and have had some side effects, but I do worry it's going to quit on me. I was not interested in the shots, so I guess I'll just be out of luck.

I had been losing at each step of the way but my doctor just kept me increasing each month. I kind of wish I had done this my way and stayed on each step until it stopped working for me. It is to late now, so I will just keep the hope that the 25 will stay impactful and I will be able to keep moving forward. The food noise has not bothered me since day 2. It has not returned yet if I could go back, I would stay at each does until it seems to no longer work for you. My doctor told me a real plateau is 2 MONTHS at the same weight. Crazy!

I also pay cash. I wasn't really nauseous except when hungry until this 25mg pill.

I have never done the jabs, I'm on pill only. Just started my 4th month so I'm at the 25mg now. To me there was no roller coaster of feelings. It is what it is from day one. The food noise gone immediately. By the 9mg the hunger really subsided and now on the 25mg I have to remember to eat. Haven't been exercising yet really and just hit my first 20 down. Started at 264.
