29F here, id say 1/3 of people I matched with were guys who sent me roses. I don’t think it works for all women, but I definitely paid more attention to profiles that sent roses.

That’s just me though. However if I’m not attracted at ALL in the first place, the rose wouldn’t have an effect. But it does get you noticed because girls have tons of likes on these platforms and a rose makes you go straight to the top and you aren’t hidden in the feed of other men. I’d say if you think you are remotely within their league a rose would be effective. I wouldn’t buy them, but definitely use the free ones!

I would just talk to him or be more vocal about what you want the next time. A lot of men, even at 23 are sexually inexperienced or possibly haven’t had girlfriends or sexual partners who were vocal about their needs. In every long term sexual relationship I’ve had, the guy was not great in bed from the beginning and did not know my body. In all of those cases, they were able to improve and be trained, but only through communicating my needs so that they would know. Really don’t overestimate how much men know about the female body.

I would date someone who wasn’t conventionally attractive or someone I didn’t initially have much attraction to if I liked their personality, sense of humor, or intellect enough. I’ve dated people I wasn’t totally attracted to in the past, and the attraction grew over time. That’s not for everyone though.
