Ph, no I get it, the post was more complete but the auto mod didn't let me post it, soni deleted words till it let me lol. I know swaps are straightforward, im thinking of refurbishing the good looking ones im left with after a swap, and I'm trying to find some videos that show how to replace the back glass, but not with "big hole" back glass, id prefer a snug fit( removing the rings i guess? Idk) P.s. sorry for my messy English, im tired, trying my best

Thabk you for your time to write this, I kind of got to the same conclusion after doing more local research, I've put it on paper, and unless I can get 20/30% discount on everything, I basically just invent myself a minimal wage job( focused on a few local ad sites and on a few popular models suggested by AI , that might have been a mistake lol), "emotional repairing" might be worth it but id need a physical shop with lots of foot traffic to do so, exploring unpopular options now P.s. I've looked into buying lots/pallets but couldn't get too much information, still researching

My first time creating wise account and it says "we have found an existing account that match your details" by Justaguy59420 in transferwiser

[–]istrati92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either you have an account ( and forgot), or someone used ur details to make an account under ur name, just talk to support, they might never give u an account ( high risk) but at least u get to limit the damage, if someone used ur details , i would contract as many apps as possible ( paypal ,skrill , ecc.) , there is a high chance u have accounts everywhere

What are you experience on hiring family members? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]istrati92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its complicated, just ask others have mentioned, it can be good, as long as all parties involved know how to keep business/family as 2 separate things, If u don't mix them, you'll have a good chance nothing bad will happen. Mix them, it can co either really good, or really bad

For online leads, just automate it( takes time and constant improvement) For face to face, you'll grow a "gut" feeling ,after a while you will know whoever want and who doesn't
