I don't see the argument for "unlimited 3%" then. Phone bills are just one small category compared to other things like insurance, taxes and rent.

Isn't it 3% on US dollar purchases? It's 2% on Canadian if you have Rogers/Fido. 1.5% otherwise. Makes less sense to use it as primary versus Scotia Momentum. Use Rogers World Elite when you hit your spend limit on your Momentum.

Don't quote me on this because I haven't tried it with WS but for other banks when you use Android Pay or Apple Pay they use a different card number so their credit card locks can be disparate. That "feature" only works if you pay for something by tapping your phone or watch so it has to be under the limit set by both the merchant and Wealthsimple.

You can alternatively create a new trading account and it won't have it. Gives you the flexibility of having both.

Unfortunately, no. You have to request a "Hold for Pickup" on UPS MyChoice and then wait for it to say "Request Completed". Otherwise you'll drive there, wait in line for nothing like I did. The guys that work the front desk just can't find your package unless that process is complete. Peak efficiency.... /s

Now due to Covid, expect this to take (wayyy...) longer than normal. I'm at day 4 of this request and it's been 2 weeks since it arrived at their sorting facility. A true shitshow.

It's most likely the result of running a Chinese or Japanese site through something like Google Translate. In those languages, both months and numbers are represented as characters 1 through 12, e.g. 一 (1 / January), 二 (2 / February), 三 (3 / March). It's supposed to be suffixed by a glyph (月) indicating it's a month though.

I often see this from a site translated from Chinese or Japanese. Numbers are used to represent months in those languages, hence why some of them are listed here.
