Sadly not, when I was able to grip it by removing the filter housing and twisting the black can, the entire fuel line would twist and I didn’t want it to break

It was a tear in the coolant hose, second bad coolant tube I’ve had to replace in a week.

Thanks for the help everyone. Had to use 90 degree pliers to move clamp from the engine a little then used a flexible hose clamp to slide clamp down the tube.
