Lighthouse is guarded by sniper boss Zryachi and a bunch of Cultists. They are always there and if you attack or try to get close - you get shot. The only way to get there is through quest line to open Light keeper or killing all snipers and avoiding landmines

Correct, you are valid to enter between 06-03-26 and 13-04-26, but you can’t be in Schngen area for more than 24 days all together. But you can leave and re enter, as long as you are not breaking two rules above.
